Sam White is an Addictions Counselor Trainee who recently decided to change careers and leave behind 10 years of administrative work in underground water and sewer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from UMBC. Sam joined M&M to pursue her passion for mental health and to practice the importance of giving the typically overlooked a chance to be heard and listened to. She enjoys going to the gym, “The Office,” and spending time with her husband and son who she aspires to raise to be empathetic and an advocate for the social good.
